SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of our shop and products we have a strict return and exchange policy. All sales are final no returns or exchanges.
Once you have purchased a wig, the order cannot be cancelled.
Purchases do not include any other services.
* If the lace on your wig has been cut or the wig has been altered in any way the wig will be ineligible for exchange. Please make sure you are happy with your wig before cutting the lace. If the wig smells of perfume, or any hair product, or smoke it will be not be eligible for return.
* If in the rare occurrence you believe you have received a defective wig please contact us immediately so we can rectify the matter. If the wig is past 30 days from the date of delivery you will not be eligible for any assistance in this matter.
We do not return or exchange any of our hair care products and accessories.
