SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of our shop and products we have a strict return and exchange policy. If you are not happy with your wig in any way, you have a 5 business day grace period to exchange or receive shop credit.
Once you have purchased a wig, the order cannot be cancelled. You will have the option to return the wig minus a 15% restocking fee, or for a store credit once the wig is received.
Any returned item must be post marked within 5 business days of delivery. A return form will be included in your box to fill out and return with your wig.
We offer the option of a refund or store credit. There is a 15% restocking fee on every item refunded. There is no restocking fee if you choose store credit. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed on returned items.
For store credit we only ask you cover all shipping costs. We cannot issue the credit or refund until your wig is received.
If the wig is not in the same condition and in original packaging as when it was sent, your wig will be returned to you, and you will not receive your credit*
* If the lace on your wig has been cut or the wig has been altered in any way the wig will be ineligible for exchange. Please make sure you are happy with your wig before cutting the lace. If the wig smells of perfume, or any hair product, or smoke it will be not be eligible for return.
* If in the rare occurrence you believe you have received a defective wig please contact us immediately so we can rectify the matter. If the wig is past 30 days from the date of delivery you will not be eligible for any assistance in this matter.
We do not return or exchange any of our hair care products and accessories.
